Return and Refund Policies
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our return policy complies with the current regulations in the European Union.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Once this period has passed, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must meet all the following conditions:

Be unused, without marks or signs of use

Be in perfect condition

Keep its complete original packaging (box, protections, and accessories)

Not having been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and operation
The customer will be responsible for any product depreciation resulting from improper handling.
We reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a refund reduction if the product is not returned in the indicated conditions.
Items not eligible for return

Digital or downloadable products

The customer must contact us beforehand within the legal period to request the return.

Once authorized, instructions and the shipping address will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To complete the return, it is essential to present a proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, an email will notify the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be made using the same original payment method, within the timeframe established by the corresponding bank.
The refund will cover only the product amount.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you still have not received your refund:

Exchanges
Exchanges are only made in case of defective or damaged product.
To request an exchange for the same item, you must write to us at rollingnfast@gmail.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the item once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase.
Return shipping
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in the case of defective product or error on our part.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
Rolling N’ Fast is not responsible for lost or unreceived returns when a tracked method is not used.
